Our creative journey has been shaped by the incredible talent of our CLI-MIC friends - artists, writers and illustrators who gave voice and color to
the official CLI-MIC comic
Most of the stories illustrated here are inspired by real-life experiences, shared by the families and friends of our dear project team.
From the poetic lines of Mayte Alvarado to the powerful storytelling of Carlos Giménez, their work transforms science into emotion. Among them: Miguel A. Giner Bou and Julia Cejas, tackling memory and education; Ana Oncina and Núria Tamarit, voices of a new generation; Xulia Vicente and Susanna Martín, offering a feminist view and socially engaged narratives.
Each strip is a unique perspective on the climate crisis—vivid, accessible, and ready to inspire action.
in line with the project’s mission, Their powerful storytelling transforms scientific themes into emotional, accessible, empowering narratives.
The comic is freely downloadable as an Open Educational Resource (OER), like all CLI-MIC materials.
A warm thank you to Ian Farnes for the English translation.
